E Degree. They don't come up as valid phone numbers. They usually have someone calling from a call center with someone who has English as a second (third?) language. They get  your phone number when you apply for a job - there are so many fake "job seeker" sites now . . . you have to be careful where you apply (I don't even think there is a job with half these places). I'm out of work for 9 months now and getting desparate, so I probably apply to jobs that I normally would not. The trouble with blocking these numbers is that they go one off each time - 908-136-3325 was one, 908-189-4256 was another. Each time it's a new number.
