From the CRTC website about telemarketing:

"Calling hours are restricted to weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 am and 9:30 pm and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Restrictions hours refer to the time zone of the customer receiving the telephone calls. "

So, if Hfx NS is in ATLANTIC TIME zone, perhaps, and if so,  then the call is a violation of rule #39. TIme-of-day.

So close, yet so far off the mark. That one error could cost them $1000 , IF they find and prosecute an AMF or "Administrative Monetary FIne", just a speeding ticket for the robo dialers. (No Hard time in a far away penal colony, or perhaps, having to undergo tooth drilling into nerve canals, and then applicaton of camphor -Shades of "Running Man", but I digress, Canada does not have capital punishment).

This number has called me over 4 times and when I try to call back it says the number is not in service yet it is on my display. Not sure whom it is call they do not leave a messge
