I called back to see who it was. It's  World Vision, not sure why they wouldn't leave a message though

I've received numerous calls from this number. I called it back and got a recording from a company soliciting for World Vision. They have an option to leave a message to request your name be removed from the call list.

It is a World Vision campaign. You can press 0 and be directed to a messaging service where you can request your number to be removed from the call-list.
