illegal collection company, young women using this phone number also main line i think is 904-930-4331. left a really short vague message on documents, quite frankly made no sense what so ever, ive done many jobs in my life and unfortunately i have worked for a scum bad company like this.!

they skip trace all your relatives
lead you to believe youre getting sued or almost getting sued.
most of the time 90% is out of STATUE of limitations!

first they want to call your place of employment to scare you ha
next property owner, husband wife.. girlfriend etc mother in law. any number they can get.

and also they up the "lawsuit" by 50%

never trust these calls. ask for paperwork and bill of sale!

if its gotten this far, there is NO POINT of paying, literally!

if over 7 years contact all three major credit bureaus to remove from your report etc!!
i repeat there is NO point paying at all!!! whatever they offer you is a lie, and made up by their own judgement, mostly from
people who didnt go to school and just smash in numbers here and there and tell you a fee.!! lol

PLEASE disregard these calls. DO NOT PAY.
and contact your attorney general! asap!

also u can sue them for violating the FDCPA laws!!!!!!!!!!! sometimes 5k a word etc!

called and left message, vague message regarding "legal matter", upon return call, the person Destiny McCant, who answered the call stated it was regarding legal matter would not give company name and said oh, the name has been removed, you won't get more calls.

Girls voice on answering machine could not understand her. All I could understand was something about an outstanding payment I had and if I didn't respond back I should seek legal action. Called number back recording saying to say my name after the beep. Hung up and within the he hour get a call back rambling off a case judgement against me.  Said I owed 800 and some change for
closing out a bank account I have.  Told person I did not close any account........she got nasty and said "Look Maam"  I answered no you look.  She interrupted me and said I will be notating that you are refusing payment.  You will need a lawyer in 10 days,   Yea OK bring it on........instead of harassing people who work 2 jobs.......why don't you get a job!

Typical crook talk trying to scare you into paying them extortion money.
