Did they asked you to call them back with the card #? They will then have  access to the amount of money that is on the card. Warn your friends!

These people keep calling saying they are from FDA and I need to go get a green dot money PAC coupon card, to receive $30,000.00 for a botched surgery.

Its ILLEGAL to ask for money to receive it:

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

SCAM!!!  Compensation from Class Action lawsuits does not work this way.  You receive a check in the mail after you have been verified as an eligible member of the Settlement Class. You also do not have to pay any kind of fees to receive your settlement award.  To become a member of a Settlement Class you have to apply and receive a determination that you are indeed eligible.  Nothing is ever done on the first contact and most contact is via paper or email depending upon what contact information the defendant has for you.
