They have called me 4 times so far today on my cell phone.  They say they are the Associated Press and they have a survey they would like me to complete.  They also tell me that I will get $5 for completeing the survey.  The first time they called they left a message.  The 2nd time I accidentally answered and found out the above information before hanging up.

They have been calling my cell without leaving message.

They have called me at least 10 times within the past week and a half. I am guessing they call random numbers because I have never put my number on the internet. They left one message saying they would like to have me at Standford University and I'm not even the age to be in college! This is ridiculous! And I am surprised the Government hasn't tried to catch them yet...
