I received calls several times daily from  861-1592.  No one answers when I pick-up.  Once when the call was picked up by my Telephone Answer Machine, there was a woman's voice saying "Hello...hello".  When I call back the No. it is BOGUS.  The Area Code does not show up on my Caller I.D., so I assume that it is from the same as My Area Code (904)

yea i got a call from that 904-861-1592 number and when i picked up a mans voice sang " you gotta be strong " and then hung up. when i tried to call back it said call could not be completed.

Call states from Signal when answering machine picks up only get a dial tone and then disconnects

I was getting calls from "routing" at 265-9707, found out it was the FOP and called their # to have my name removed from their call list. Now I get calls daily from "Signal" at 861-1592. I am 100% certain these are the same people.

I kept getting a call that showed up on my caller ID as "Signal 904-861-1592" when my daughter answered and said I was unavailable they abruptly hung up and called back again 2 hours later, I answered and asked who was calling and he said "Richard Powell with JFRD" he asked how I was doing I told him I was jobless and he again hung up. I called (ref. by "Annoyed"):

and a man answered with "FOP" I told him what had happened and he removed me from his call list.  I believe this is the Police and/or Fire Dept. looking for donations.
