I did not answer the call and the caller left no message.

I answered, they hung up. Scammy telemarketer, no doubt.

this number keeps coming up on my business cell phone which is on the no-caller list. No message is left and when I call back, I get a busy signal.

Answered and they asked for Marie.  Said they had wrong number and what sounded like a recording said, maybe you can help me, and started talking about helping disabled veterans.  Scam
