Same as fog. Jacksonville, FL, about 11:31 a.m. EST. Answer "hello" no reply, hang up. Could not verify if it indeed Jaguar Painting. Google "Jaguar Painting, Jacksonville, FL" and clicked on link, computer said this was potential malware site proceed with caution so I backed out of that one.
Like fog, I too am on both federal and state DNC lists. Apparently companies have tested the waters and found that the agencies involved in investigating complaints are woefully underfunded and understaffed meaning that they can get away with quite a bit for quite some time until said agencies issue a Cease & Desist. Meaning they close under current name and open with another and right back in business. No teeth in laws, no one doing jail time for violations equal ineffective law, same as no law. Yet we continue to file complaints that go nowhere. Thanks a lot to our non-governing bodies.
