I am having the same problem as BMD. I have reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry also because this is getting ridiculous.

Telsel calls repeatedly and hangs up when the phone is answered. I always report these obnoxious callers to the National Do Not Call Registry after I check this website. The web address is: www.donotcall.gov

Receieve multiple calls daily and no one is ever there when I answer. Reported number to Do Not Call Registery.
