Heck, JEA turned them down on helping them. I will NOT give one cent more. Stop calling me! Youve been paid. Now i have no more money to give.

904-674-6140 keeps  calling my  cell phone number at the same time every day at about 3:00PM. Caller ID  has no info on who is calling.. I blocked the caller.   They  left no message.
