I received a phone call from a Mr Lomax, saying I received a payday loan from a rolo funding. He treatened me with a summons and a call to my employer. Said he would be here at my work with a sheriff.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

BOTTOM LINE-IF YOU OWE SOMEBODY OR IF YOU EVER DID A PAYDAY LOAN-YOU MAY NOT KNOW THE CORPORATE NAME-BUT IF YOU KNOW YOU DID-IT PAY UP! WHO WANTS THE EMBARASSMENT! I SIMPLY DECIDED NEVER TO DO ANY MORE ON LINE LOANS BUT I KNOW IF DID SOMETHING-I KNOW I HAVE TO PAY IT BACK. NOTHING IS FREE!

I wanted to let you all know i recieved a call from a Steve Mckowsky this morning saying he was with Jones Broomfield and Associates, and they were representing DJR Group who has been representing BMG (Bahammas Marketing Group) he said he would be file court papers on me from a loan i took out in May of 2010 I told him it had been paid, then the idiot said to send him a letter for validation of debt, and to contact my attorney, so i then asked him for proof of debt, such as my origianl contract number, exact amount taken out and the exact day, he said he would email that to me but it would take a day or two, i then told them they by law have to give me proof of debt before he files anything against me, he got very upset, and said he did not know what i was trying to pull and hung up on me. I called 411 and asked them who the number 1-904-647-9953 belonged to they said it was to a company called Tax Pros at 3450 Dunn Ave. Jacksonville Florida 32218 Well i guess those dumb [***] didnt do all their homework, such as why not to screw with a red head, because i have now reported them to local law enforecment, FTC, homeland security, and the BBB.

So do you know for sure these guys are a scam at Jones broomfield and Associates. because i had a lady call me Lorna Bradlee saying i took a loan from BMG/Kenwood services LLC and i had to pay. I told her i did take out loans but confirmed they were paid and she said i was to fax her all paperwork, which i did not. I then told her they were not listed with sunbiz.org or bbb.org... she claims they are and they are in fact a real company but when i do 411 with numbers i am getting tax pros, and kimberly eason.. what to do
