received call from this number on my cell phone, returned call just to be informed by a recording that this number is not accepting any calls, what"s up with that?

ive gotten 3 calls from there and they dont say anything i try calling back and just a "busy" signal...pissing me off.

Just got a call from them. A man that sounded like he was from India was on the other end. He told me to hold for an important business call, I hung up.
