They call saying they have a Fed Ex package, 904-497-0056.  Then when you finally make it thru the maze, they say they are DMS who is representing a MyCashNow, which is suppose to be a fast cash loan, and it is 8 years old as of now. and the total now is 2,112.00, the settlement wound up 151.50.   My brother in law is  stopping payment on that check.  Then he told me not to do this again, and he suggested that any of us who are getting these calls just tell them. Go ahead and sue us, and we will then have your correct information and we can sue you for fraud.  They will stop calling after that

First, they called about a student loan that was in default and said they'd have me arrested.  I've never had a student loan.
Then, they called about a package that could not be delivered because of a bad address.
Next, they called looking for a Julie.  Sorry, mate, I ain't female.
Today, they called looking for Joe.

These scammers can't even get their shît straight.

They called my significant other and stated he had a package that couldn't be delivered. Then said he had a payday loan out for $2800 from 2012 and a court summons. He gave them $100 to shut them up and they said he'd be arrested if he didn't pay today. He cancelled his card ASAP and reported them to his bank.

Getting voice mails from this number stating that they are from premier processing, and need a call back regarding a legal paperwork associated with my name and social.  No threats, but afraid to call after reading other complaints
