scam call, do not answer!
i make my payments ahead of time and always on time and they said i owed money when my balance was at $0.

please be cautious and never answer a phone number you don't know!

I don't know anyone in Jacksonville Fl. I don't answer calls from unknown callers to avoid scammers. Whoever called did not leave a voice message.

Yeah they're fake cc debt collectors also after personal data ss#s bank acctb#s the usual hustle not very skilled but no enforcement brings amateurs in the biz.

I believe this is a scam. Very official recordings etc. claiming to be City Bank with the new Costco Card wanting information. I hung up!
