Said I took out a payday loan in 2011 and I have never. I told him that I had a fraud case in 2012 and gave him the police report number and he said he didn't care. I needed to settle for a specific amount today or a process server will be in office in minutes to serve me. Go right ahead.

Will be doing a garnish wages owe 900.00 told them I do not owe anybody. He said go ahead and file.

just recvd call from them a lady by the name of Tammy ("Mediation Services") about some papers they have for me. Asked for me to call back. stated it was urgent.
