Unknown name called and they hung up after 3 rings. Annoying calls.

I have a cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 7:11 PM, my voice mail picked up and they did not leave a message.  The caller ID ### said:V52119115600046.  My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists and I reported this call to them.  However these are probable scammers and WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!

Please refer to Pat Kelley’s posting on “V Caller ID’s”.  http://800notes.com/forum/ta-3f0852449bac17d/ ... bunch-of-digits where Pat indicates that “Just so you know the long V number represents the kind of electronic dialer the telemarketing company uses.”
