They've called both of my DNC'd phone numbers within a minute of each other, impressive.
(5 million #'s apart from each other).    So far no call on my newer cell # which I never put on the DNC list.

From what I gather, these scammers are harvesting CC numbers to scam pretending to be some sort cruise line survey. -

As you just proved, the DNC doesn't stop scam calls, it causes MORE of them. Don't bother with the DNC, ignoring and blocking is more effective.

I disagree-the DNC does work-it stops legitimate telemarketers. So sign up for the DNC AND using a call blocker to stop the criminals is the best answer. There all more criminals these days hence more BS calls.
