I've had three different women call me from 3 different numbers about my house for sale - 904-274-3603, 352-535-0768 & 904-330-4514. All left a message that I should call them back at 904-438-4179. But, of course, no one ever answers that number. Smells like yet another scam to me!

I just received a call from 904-274-3606 about my house for sale. Did you ever find out what the scam is on this? She asked if the house was owner occupied and if I had a mortgage, among other questions. I also called this # back and was able to leave message but no return call. I'm worried and want to know what kind of scam I'm up against. Thanks for any input on this.

IDK what kind of scam we are looking at however, I had one guy offer me a price 150K lower than my asking price. I tried to google the company with no luck. If I find anything I will post here

Just happened to my wife.  Call from 904-330-4514 asking a bunch of weird questions about the house... mortgage, why selling, how did you come up with the price, etc.

I've gotten multiple calls from them as well including a Kentucky area code number where they left a message to call the Jacksonville number 904-438-4179.  I spoke to one very inarticulate person who seemed to be a call center operator.  I told her to send an email with her info but she never did.  They are clearly not interested in actually buying my property - they've got some other hidden agenda for sure.
