Do you owe for a loan?   If you do you should pay it.

Samuel Baxter sounds like a scammer.  Demand that he prove you owe the money.  Have him send you paperwork by certified mail  If he asks for your address don't give it to him.  Not knowing your address is more proof that he is a scammer.  

There is no debtors prison in the US.  You don't go to jail for simple debt.  And you don't go to jail for any crime someone else committed.  Samuel Baxter is trying to scare you into paying a debt you don't owe.  Don't let him get away with it.



BTW - Samuel Baxter isn't his real name.  The phone number is spoofed.  He's probably located outside the US, out of reach of US law enforcement.

This man called me an told me i had to pay a loan back an that he was with the police he said his name is Samuel Baxter he said if i didn't pay he would come pick me up from work or home then he gave me dates to pay but i told him it didn't sound right i didn't no what he was saying so he hung up i called back an nobody said this is the police department so it had me thinkn then i told to put him on the phone it took a min. But he got on an got off then the next day someone esle called me an told me the same what should i do is this a fraud
