one ring hang up

Called my cell (which is also on the DNC list, which is bull****) and didn't leave a message. Blocked the number as soon as I saw a notification.

I called the number back and apparently I visited a website that prompted the call. I don't have a clue what website but, that's who they are

called and quickly hung up.  When I called it back an automated voice stating her name was "Julie" and that I just visited one of their affiliate websites and they have a $100 gift card for me to claim.  If I wanted to claim it, I could press 1 or to be place on their do not call list to press 2

They're still out there. Called cell, disconnected after 2 rings.
