I've gotten two calls from this number, it says St. Augustine, Fl. when I called back a collections company called Vision Financial was asking for someone I never heard of. The man who answered had a thick New York accent and was very rude, demanding to know where the person was. He wouldn't listen to me, so I hung up and blocked the number.
