This number belongs to "Education Headquarters". It is some band of jerk offs in India who have bought a huge block of trunk lines and are trying to hock off higher education programs. In other words, they are phishing for credit card and banking information. No matter how many times they have been told to stop calling they just switch to a new guy named Chuck and use a new number! I did get one of them back, though. I told him he was offending the goddes Shiva and calle insulted him badly in Hindi. He got all kinds of upset and hung up! I got a good 10 minute chuckly from that one.
So, let this be a warning that you should be VERY CAREFUL about when and where you enter ANY of your information. I was careless just once and it now seems that the only way to rid myself of them is to change numbers. I think I will first get better at issuing insults in Hindi before I do so. LOL
