Called three times, no messages, blocked.

The caller from (904) 385-4792 indicated they were from Florida Energy Awareness due to increased energy costs in our area and they would be visiting tomorrow at ____ time and if we wanted to cancel the meeting to call (407) 362-0289.

When I picked up it was two women talking about their bank accounts and making sure their rent was gonna get paid. When they realized I was on the phone they hung up.

Caller stated with electric authority, jax electric authority, Knew my name and address, and faded away when I began speaking about my bill, or caller  pretended we had bad connection.  I pressed back the number on caller id as it showed local number and it said no longer in service...
Woman's voice and stated energy efficient test could be performed...called many times before but never left message.  Warning, don't pick up any unknown caller or not recognize number, important callers will leave a message.   I am so disgusted with scams, why are people so sneaky, devious, some quite rude to get what is required from their telemarketer boss..what happened to customer politeness?
