Home energy survey company (telemarketer).  I told them I am on the Do Not Call List.  She said they are not a telemarketer; they are "a company that sets up appointments to survey my home at no cost or obligation to you."  Yeah, right.  They are now blocked.

This company has called every day for a week now. Asking personal questions.  Told them I am on the Do not call list.  Tell me we are not selling anything so we are allowed to call. Told them I don't want you to call and stop calling me.
