Everyday twice I get a call from 904 328 1603 and it never stops. No one is ever is on the line or talks. After about 30 sec. it disconnects.

It's the National Rifle Association calling to solicit donations. I am a Life Member of the NRA but have requested they not solicit donations by telephone. Thank you.

Have had several calls from this number. If it is not stored in my phone I do not answer. They do not leave a message.
