Threatening phone calls, will not listen or answer my questions.  They are claiming to be an attorney as Mrs. Abernathy, with Abernathy and Charmichael.  Threatening to have me arrested within the hour and charged with felonies.  Abernathy will not allow me nor legal assistant Joanne Monotello to ask questions regarding, is this an official business, who are they, and what is their bar number.  Abernathy just disconnected calls and refuses to give any information.

They did the same thing to me...Mr. DeLosSantos.   When I asked for a bar number, they hung up.  They will not give out a physical address but want you to send money to their office.   A residential address of 5967 Theed St., Jacksonville, Fl., came up when I searced on google.  Also Johnny Ray, Wendy Ellstrom, came up as the names under the residential listings and 904-253-3290.

My husband is getting the same phone calls and when tried to call back they did the same thing.. When I finally did get Cindy Abernathy on the phone and told her that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and contacting an attorney for violation of the FDPCA she hung up on me also.

Jessica from the "Finalization Department of Bad Check Division" called this morning for someone who is not at my address. However, I am in litigation with this company for using their scare tactics to make me pay for old payday loans... See http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-904-619-4784 for my posts...

The company goes by Check Processing LLC, Advanced Check Processing LLC and others. And has many phone numbers. Do not be alarmed. Follow my blog at http://anonymousdebtfighter.blogspot.com/
to see the status of my case. Fake government agents lol.
Called from 904-619-0529 but left message to call 904-253-3290.

Jessica called and was very nice to me, she said that I owed a company called Cashnet, which is a payday loan company. I thought I had taken care of this debt sometime ago, but I researched her company and they are legit, so I took care of it. I also contacted my lawyer and you can be prosecuted if you don't take care of these loans, so if you have one out there you should get it taken care of because depending on your state laws you can be charged criminally.
