first off...very rude and disrespectful. Didn't even wait to see if I was the person that he was supposed to speak to or not...just started in on me!!

Very Rude, I returned a call for the claimed it was an important message for someone that I supposedly know.  I called them asking who they were looking for and they asked me what was the name they gave me.  I asked them since they called me they should be able to tell me who they were looking for.

They hung up.

Not sure why every one seems so mad, Mr. Miller helped me out with my ACE account.  He was polite, but firm.  He has a job to do, like every one else.  He gave me payments and when i was done paying him, ACE returned my title to me, about 2 weeks later.  I know people get scammed, but the guys at Franklin, Ross and Associates are not a scam, or i wouldn't have been able to get my title back. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my situation.
