they hung up when I answered. called it and get "the number or code you dialed is incorrect" message

I just received a call from this number claiming to be some company called "Insurance Solutions". I was sure they were a telemarketing firm and asked to have my number placed on the Do Not Call list, however, the pushy boy on the phone stated they were not a sales company. I asked again to be placed on the Do Not Call list. Once I became angry and started yelling at the boy, he started using profanity and calling me all kinds of nasty names. I hung up and tried to call the number back and got the "this number you dialed....." message. They called me on my cell phone, so I immediately added the number to my phone's Block list.

I HAVE GOT NUMEROUS CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL IT BACK I GET THE MESSAGE THIS IS NOT A WORKING NUMBER. I AM REALLY TIRED OF GETTING CALLS LIKE THIS ON MY CELL PHONE WHEN I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

keep calling.  asks for me.   no idea who it is.  someone in a foreign country.  nigeria,india, or in that region.   uses different phone numbers in different area's, but same voice.

Insurance Solutions keeps calling me even though I ask them not to. The last guy laughed at me when I asked for a working number for the company
