CID showed FIA Card Services at 2:59PM on 1-7-2014, but did not leave a message. Don't know who the true owner is, but looks like a cell phone prefix.

April 9, 2014 received call from 903-732-2159, it hung up on me. Crazy busy signal when i dialed it back. Online lookup said it was a business cell phone in Paris , TX.

It called again, but left no message.\
Again my caller ID said: Paris, Texas.
If it is a cell phone, the caller ID would say cell phone.
