Who is it? Called several times.

Started two days ago and they are calling a dozen times a day. Never leave a message. Once, I called them back, and was asked for my account number and social, which I did not supply. I tried hitting "0" for an operator, but was told this was an invalid response.

Got a call.  Someone said hello.  Then it hung up.  Called it back.  Kohl's credit center.

they keep calling and do not leave any messages.

Calls constantly, no message, no one there.
