The caller indicated that  taxes from 2010-2015 were being questioned. Stated that 2 certified letters were sent with no response. Stated IRS does not make calls. If not paid ($8,350) Jail time would be 5yrs., lincense suspended, bank account frozen. Was asked how would I like to handle the owed funds. I will block calls from this number.

Call from someone claiming to be "IRS".  Claims a lawsuit about to be filed.   Easily identified as a scam, this call has been coming in a couple times a week.  How does it manage to remain active while committing what is essentially a felony across state lines?

They're most likely calling from another country using VoIP lines.

IRS scam. This followed another call from 561-409-0986 that has been reported as IRS scam.
