I received a call today from this number asking me to lower my interest rates.  It asked me to press 1 to talk to a service representative.  I pressed 1, a guy answered.  I asked him to take me off of his list.  He replied, "No."  I said, "Sir, take me off of your list."  He said, "Hell no."  I said, "Excuse me?"  He said, "Apparently you don't understand what no means."  I said, "Apparently you don't understand what 'Take me off of your list means."  He said, "The answer is no!"  So I told him I would report him.

Recorded call wants to lower your credit card interest.  When "press one to talk to a representative" is press, no one answers.  When you call the number you get a constant busy signal or a voice mailbox with a garbled name Mike ? whose mail box is full and you can't leave a message.

Prerecorded call offering to lower interest rate on credit card and after pressing #1, call is disconnected.  Mike Anderson is the name on the always full mailbox.
