Got a missed call

They are selling degrees

I received a call from this number and they left no message. The caller ID showed "unknown caller". I would like to report this as spam.

Phone rings, I answered, recorded message. A pleasant voice. "Hello, this is Amy. I'm with my company's dept. of......." cutoff. I thought it was nice of them to let you fill in the name of Amy's dept. What came to my mind was Agitation, Harassment, Scum. there's thousands of words to describe these unwanted calls.

claimed to be from social security office wanted to know if i was in chronic pain (seems to me this should be a felony). when i said no they immediately went to elevator music. i hung up. blocked.
