Same 'ol, 'ol. Left a robomessage telling me this is my last chance (for the millionth time) to get my new lower rates. Looks likes the oldy but goody credit card scammer. If I had a nickel for every one of these calls I wouldn't need credit cards. I could pay for everything in cash!

Another lower your interest rate scam or fraud from 902-292-4591 aka. "Rachael", "Lisa", and "Michelle. Did not wait for connection from Texas 903 area suspecting spam which has been confirmed by White Pages. I will report this new scam number to FTC.
