This number belongs to P and B something, a pesky debt collector. Anyone know anything about them?

"Letter something" doesn't lend itself to a confident answer. This is the only possible match in my files:

Business names in this field can be elusive and ephemeral. What we should be asking in this venue is what *you* have learned or experienced. Then we may compare the behavior of this mystery company to what the FTC likes to see from debt collectors.
