Also calls from 903-200-4360. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know. They never leave a message, so the cycle continues. I thought they were not allowed to call before 8 am, but they call as early as 7-7:30, even on weekends. I've blocked the number, so my phone automatically rejects the number and doesn't ring, but its gone beyond harassment.
