Affordable health care scam. No Caller ID name. My phone is on the Do Not Call list, but was ignored by this scammer.

Call came in on my cell phone very early in the morning; since I didn't recognize the number I didn't answer the call. I am on the no call list but it doesn't seem to stop these calls. No message left.

Calling early mornings several times every other day... I haven't answered any but i got curious as to who it might be and an automated service picked up immediately saying something i could not understand but could make out out saying this can take 24 to 48 hours......

Says affordable health insurance. I hung up. I'm on the do not call list. Don't understand how this call came through.
