800Notes is not calling you! You need to take action yourself and contact the caller directly and/or block number.

Just received. The caller hung up as soon as I answered. When I called back a answering machine answered immediately and stated they were a fund raiser and unable to take my call at this time. The second time I called it was busy. I haven't heard a busy signal in years.
