calls my cell phone sat morning , Lady said hello,, I said "Hello" then she said " oh I'm sorry I'm having trouble with my head set, can you hear me now, I sad NO NO NO SHE HUNG UP NAME WAS EMILY, trying to get me to say 'YES"
