I got a call from this Number This morning Claiming that This Mrs . Anderson is part of a mediator Program and wanted to talk* about a loan I took out from a place online called Horizon before I went to jail or court.. I then told her that I never took out a loan online , she then proceeded to give me the last four of my ss number but could not give me the full thing even though she told me that she could see everything in my file.  I then told her that if this was real to please send me a bill and I will start paying by Money order , which she then told me that I could not pay by money order being I have bounced a check with them and that they have gone paperless and they send the bill through the email but would not give me a website to pay there. So I told her until I saw so legitimate stuff on this place there was nothing I could do for them and they could in fact take me to court and then hung up . Later I called the number back , some elevator music came on and someone picked up saying " Capital One how may I help you?"

OMG!!!  she told me the same exact thing!!!!!   i told her i was getting my lawyer involved and was going to do this internal investigation myself and she wanted a payment right there and then. What should i do??  i clled the bank she said i had payments coming out from, and they could not pull up anything.

Received a call on October 12, 2015, from a woman claiming to be from a debt collection agency and I was in  default for a payday loan in 2009. She had the last four of my social and one of my email addresses. She then proceeded to say this collection agency had a 97% success rate. She wanted me to set up arrangements. I told her to send me all the information she had against me in mail and she became nervous and sounded as if she was on the verge of tears. I then hung up because she was wasting my valuable time.
