Received a call from 901-425-1480 from someone named Vaughn saying there is a case pending against me and if I do not call back, I will be waiving my rights.  SCAMMER!  It was a robot call.

Received a call from this number at work.  talking about a case pending and I need legal representation

Automated recording said I was pending prosecution & to press 1.. I did (hopefully that wasn't mistake) and the lady answered "litigation department" & then hung up.. you could tell by the sound of her hanging up that it was a land.line... definitely a scam of some sort!

They call and said I had a warrant for my arrest. When I ask why they hung up

I answered call then they hung up when I called back the guy in the phone answered ligation department then he  asked if I New me . I said this is Eugene . he said that there was a case against me that I commeted fraud and there is a warrant for my arrest and they will come and get me at work or home if I did not pay bAck a old internet loan that i took a couple of years ago .I told him I will pay what. Owe he asked if I had a debit or credit card and when can I pay them 832. 00 he then told me to call back tomorrow after 10am and ask for a Mr. Davenport
