calls my cell number not leaving a msg nor saying nothing when I answer the phone. When I call it back it will ring and then hang up.

He called n texted me. Saying my comcast bill was past due n disconnect from pole. I called. He answered. Could hear the wind blowing. Told him he won a free cruise
