A man left a voicemail at my job stating his name as Rick Boyd and stating that he was calling about a very serious legal matter involving criminal fraud and that I am the primary suspect. Says that due to the nature of the matter, he could not provide details, but that if I did not call him back, I could be arrested at my residence or at my place of work. Called the above number and was told that I owe a payday loan from August 2005 from Arrowhead Investments. Said if I did not pay 430 dollars by 4:00 PM or have my attorney contact him with paperwork, then I would be arrested.
When asked the particulars regarding the payday loan and to send me the documentation regarding the payday loan, he said all of the documentation would send to me when I had paid in full.
He also has my bank information and my social security number.
