I advertised on craigslist under for sale and got a text from that number asking me if I still had the TV for sale. I replied Yes. No reply from that number, but had another number 404-566-7992 text me saying that they work at Walmart and could double my moneypak values without being traced. I replied "NO THANKS I have enough problems. Now I just got another text and they said the name is Mary and that she is out of state. Wanted to send me a cashiers check or money order and add $50 to it before I ship it! I received a cashiers check before in the mail for $1600 along with a letter asking me to deposit it in my bank and send the next Mystery Shoppe the balance! I verified with bank that check to be FRAUD!

EVERYBODY is out to get ya! BE CAREFUL!

Advertising an item on Craig's List.  Listed in there that no text messages be sent, but the above number appeared as a text.  I do not live in Tennessee.  Scam artist!

Listed a cheap $200 weight bench. Got a text from this # stating they could not lose this fabulous item but they are out of state. Offered $50 extra n
for me to take certified bank or cashiers check. Very old scam....
Sadly there are still stupid people who will fall for this and lose their money or else the scam would no longer work. Clearly auto generated. Message came within 30 minutes of my listing
