Just call the # back - it'll give you an option to load your # in the DON'T CALL BACK LIST. I did it and Capital Education quit calling me 6 to 10 times a day.

I just so happened to think hmm let me google this phone number and thats how I found this page! The lady that called me from this number was so rude and persistent! I couldn't remember where she said she was calling from but it was about college or something about education. .  After I told her no thank you 3 times she asked me could she ask me why  and was it because I couldn't afford it.I said I dont have to tell you why,me saying no thank you 3 times should have been enough.She called back the very next day and the same time lol.i had to block her number with my phone service using *60.She really rubbed me the wrong way! Lol

Thanks I wouldve never called it back.i am now though!
