CALLED MY HOUSE NO ONE ON, TRIED TO CALL BACK DIDN'T EVEN RING

Same experience as Dixie.  This number called, I answered on second ring, but no one there.  I never call back -- IMHO, it's generally a test call to see if the number is valid for marketing purposes.  Fortunately, my cable phone provider allows customers to block individual numbers.  HOORAY for Cox!
