Anybody get a call from 901-290-0880??  I called it back and some guy answered with Bridgewater Arbitration.  Never heard of this place.  A lady...Ms.Gordon called me at my work(no idea how she got my direct number) and told me to call her back.

A man from Bridgewater Arbitration (he said his name was Mason Bridgewater) called and claimed that he represented Bahama Marketing Group (I found no record of this place), and that we owed money for a payday loan that was taken out a year ago. That never happened. He spoke with my husband and was very pleasant, telling him that they'd tried to deliver a summons at his job (they knew the name of his workplace). Unfortunately my husband told him some things that he should have kept to himself (personal info). I called Mason when I had a chance, and a very RUDE Mason acted like he'd already known the info (that he actually hadn't learned until speaking with my husband). I was firm, not angry by a long shot, but when I told him that if he needed to contact us to do it by mail, and to stay away from my husbands job and to not call us, he became VERY angry and rude, claiming that I had some misguided anger. When I told him that I couldn't find a record of his company anywhere, and had in fact read some posts about the fact that this was a fraudulent company, he continued with his verbal abuse. This place is a scam that somehow has access to peoples private information, but you should have no trouble seeing the red flags here.
