i have recieved mant calls from this number and do not know anyone who lives in mephis! its becoming a real nuisance

I receive phone phone calls from this number several times a week, sometimes twice a day.  I agree, I do not know anyone from Memphis, and it is very annoying.  I have put my number on the do not call list so many times, that I have forgotten how many.  This has been going on for several months.

Call comes in to my cell phone every single day without a message left. This is really annoying and I refuse to answer when I don't know who is calling.

Phone rings.  Answer machine picks up.  No message left.  Caller ID just shows number.
