Do not answer this number! This is someone from a proxied origin hacking your phone. Chinese Hackers!!!!! If you answered this or called them back you have to throw your phone in the toilet

I have a pre payed phone. Can they hack that. I Hope not. and if I change my number do I still need to throw my phone away.
